Comments sought on environmental report about recycled water plan

A draft environmental report that details the city’s proposed master recycled water plan is available for public review through May 14. The document – Draft Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) – outlines suggested improvements and environmental impacts for the city’s recycled water system.
The PEIR is available at City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto; the community center, 25925 Camino del Avion; San Juan Capistrano Regional Library, 31495 El Camino Real; and on the city’s Web site, www.sanjuancapistrano.org.
